Paolo Sandrini is a fictional character of the 2012 Miniseries Titanic. He is a young Italian, the brother of Mario Sandrini.
Episode 1[]
The Sandrini brothers board the Titanic at Southampton, but search the crew's quarters via the wrong stairs, Paolo nearly bumps into a most beautiful stewardess, Annie Desmond, who tells them where to go when Paolo asks her with one word. Paolo keeps staring at her and Mario has to pull him along, while she, with a mildly strict and teasing look, tells them to not take that entrance in the near future.
A while later, Mario shows Paolo to the Firemen's dormitories. Once there, he is immediately insulted by Mario's boss, leading Fireman Billy Blake. Paolo tries to fight back, but Mario prevents that. The other Firemen leave in laughter.
Paolo serves the Captain's table that night, Captain Smith then asks him his name and remarks that he didn't know they had an Italianservants there are on board. Paolo answers "Just me", which seems to surprise Smith. Paolo heads over to Georgiana Grex and Harry Widener and flirts with Georgiana, who humbly thanks him, by giving her a small wink. His superior sees this happen and is shocked, so after Paolo is finished, he gives him a stern talking to, as he doesn't like it.
